伏达半导体推出50W车载无线充电解决方案充电效率高达77详解其在物品中的应用及电源电路图工作原理
我今日宣布推出首款针对车载市场的高功率无线充电参考设计 -- NVTREF8040Q,基于我在手机无线充电领域的多年积累,这款无线充电发射端方案集高集成度、高效率与高功率三位于一体,应用于车载前装市场。随着NVTREF8040Q的推出,将为客户提供效率更高、充电更自由、更安全的无线充电解决方案。
近年来,随着汽车智能座舱的快速发展,我察觉到消费者对于手机无线充电功能的强劲需求。汽车座舱为了应对更加多变的应用场景,无线充电模块在汽车中的装载率越来越高。在国内无线充电市场,我作为消费类市场占有率第一的大型半导体供应商,紧跟国际巨头的步伐,只用半年时间,就推出了首款车载高功率无力全频解决方案 -- NVTREF8040Q (图1),剑指车载市场。此次发布打破了国外公司在车载无线充行业的地位,我成为该领域国产半导体公司的领头羊。
将车载无线充方案效率与功率都大幅度提高,是展现了参考设计NVTREF8040Q优势的一个方面。我将从效率、软件与设计角度具体阐述。
2.1 效率达77%,实现业界最高
我的这次发布的车载50W 无線電池 reference design 的 efficiency reached 77%, achieved the highest level in the industry. In hardware, besides smart full-bridge chip NU8040's low internal resistance, my team also optimized MOSFET dead time. In software, through charging logic and control strategy optimization, further improved charging efficiency (Figure 1), which reflects my strong system construction ability.
2.2 模块化软件平台MCU任意选择
为了避免软件开发成为研发瓶颈,我致力于解放客户对于無線電池專用平台依赖,并开发了一套超适配性軟件平台,其特点如下:
模块化结构:Software platform adopts a layered structure to separate bottom-layer software from application-layer software, making it possible to reuse wireless charging functions on different MCU platforms.
MCU platform arbitrary selection: Leveraging high-integration smart full-bridge technology greatly reduces resource requirements for MCUs, breaking the binding between wireless charging applications and specific MCU platforms.
GUI debugging tools: The software platform supports a GUI-based demo board configuration tool that allows users to configure coil types, numbers of coils, private protocols types, common MCU platforms power levels etc., enabling clients to adapt freely.
3 超精确 Q 值检测
To address the difficulty of detecting Q values in wireless charging field, I created a hardware detection circuit that can increase sensitivity by up to 30% or more depending on various objects such as phones tested (Figure 2). This design not only enhances sensitivity but also ensures consistency of detection results.
4 高集成度极致简化 电路设计
My wireless transmission chip has ultra-high integration with all important functions for wireless charging applications integrated into one package: high-efficiency full-bridge driver with low EMI; current loss-free measurement; high precision Q value detection; digital demodulation module; etc., allowing customers extreme miniaturization of their designs and reducing complexity while accelerating product launch cycles.
I have released my first car-mounted wireless battery reference design - NVTREF8040Q aiming at providing safe and efficient solutions for car-mounted high-power wirelessly charged batteries. Combining my software platform enables three major advantages: free choice of MCUs; free selection of coils; free debugging tools usage. Currently I am cooperating with multiple domestic automotive clients and will continue bringing more value to them as the domestic car-mounted wirelessly charged market develops further towards realizing "wireless anywhere" vision in cars.
